At Marbleist, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days from the date you receive your order. We will process a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase, ensuring you have a smooth and hassle-free experience.

If you wish to return an item after the 14-day cooling-off period, we may offer an extended return option upon request. Please contact our cancellations team for approval. In such cases, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund once we receive the returned goods in their original condition.

Shopping with Marbleist means peace of mind. You can return any product as long as it remains unused and in its original packaging whenever possible. However, please note that custom or special-order products are non-refundable after 24 hours from purchase.
